Decision of the Council of Graduate Studies and Research on 19/11/2017
The Council of Graduate Studies and Research decided in its third session on 19/11/2017 that:
1- The condition of non-participation of the assistant professor from outside the university who has been appointed for four years and has not been promoted to the degree of a professor in supervising the scientific messages.
2 - The maximum limit of the internal court (5) letters and (3) letters to the external arbitrator and presented to the Council of the University.
