-The applicant must bea carrier of theDoctorand costlyresearchworkin theEgyptianUniversity)public or private(orinan Egyptianresearch center.
-Should beno more thanthe advancedage of20 yearsand mustperiod subsequenttoreceivingno more thana doctoral degreefor20yearsbefore the date ofclosure ofthe applications.
