A summer semester at the Faculty of Science at Zagazig University
Zagazig University Council headed by Dr./ Ashraf Al-Shehhi in its meeting No. (457) on June 24, 2014, and extended until June 30, 2014, approved on activating the summer semester of the academic year 2013/2014, at the Faculty of Science, in accordance with Article No. (5), which states that the semester is divided into two semesters each for seventeen weeks; first semester (autumn) which begins in September and the second one (spring) which begins in February and may be after the approval of the College Board, there will be a summer semester for eight weeks of intensive study during the months of July and August, including the examinations and the student should record maximum of 9 hours according to the rules and fees determined by the Board so that the study in this semester is optional for either the student or the faculty member who will teach in and also he will not teach any course in this semester if the registered students are less then fifteen students.
