As part of the contribution of the American University in Cairo to deliver the highest levels of academic education in many academic and research fields and disciplines , the training programs of senior leadership at the Faculty of International Affairs and senior policy at the American University announces for a program under the title of "The development of the government performance in the delivery of public services " , which aims to support building the government agencies abilities to increase the range of the bodies response to the needs of the citizens and opening communication channels between government officials, civil society , the media and labor unions.
The program is presented through holding three axis in 2014 as follows:
1 . The development of leadership skills for change : which is presented to government officials and members of civil society and the program will be held in the period from March 25 to 31 and from April 1 to 3, 2014.
Note that the deadline for registration is on Monday, January 27, 2014
2 . Reforming public policy : which is presented to government officials, members of civil society and the media , and the program will be held in the period from May 27 to 29 and from June 3 to 5, 2014.
Note that the deadline for registration is on Monday, February 24, 2014
3 . Young people and the needs of the labor market : which is presented to government officials, members of civil society and members of labor unions and the program will be held in the period from September 9 to 11 and from September 16 to 18, 2014.
Note that the deadline for registration is on Tuesday, May 20, 2014
Note not the age of the applicant should be no more than 45 years and the participants will receive a full exemption from tuition fees and transportation expenses inside Cairo .
