One of the migratory birds is flying in the sky of Zagazig University


Dr. / Abd El-Qader Ghali, Professor of Environmental and Biological Engineering at Department of Process Engineering and Applied Science at Faculty of Engineering at Dalhousie University returned to homeland with the development and promotion hopes through global research projects opportunities funded by the Canadian government . The sincere visitor to his homeland met Zagazig University scientists to discuss the scientific and industrial problems which the world of today suffers from then he discussed scenarios for solution that will be tested and confirmed through applied research projects .
The Development Projects Management Unit at Zagazig University held a workshop which was lectured by the visiting guest entitled " Applying to Canadian International projects " on Sunday, February 23, .2014, and he was greeted by Prof. Dr./ Ashraf Al-Shehhi, President of the University and the organization and management of Prof. Dr./ Mahmoud Stouhy, Executive director of the Development Projects Management Unit at the university in the presence of scientists, the university students and all those who are interested in the areas of food, water and renewable energy , especially from the faculties of Agriculture, Science , Commerce and Engineering.
The gracious visitor is a member at 13 Technical Societies and 14 International Organizations , then he served as an editor of 14 International Journals , he organized 13 International Conferences and participated in 39 Conference sessions. He also lectured 57 distinctive lectures , then made 43 scientific interview to television, radio and newspapers all over the world , and has published 450 international researches . Prof./ Ghali has received 22 international awards in recognition of his outstanding contribution in the field of research and development in all parts of the world . And he is the former president, a fellow of the Canadian Society for Biological Engineering and a fellow of the American Society of Agricultural and Biological Engineers .
